Our client, a leading national provider of lighting, rigging, and staging equipment for major Australian events, needs a Senior Warehouse Technician / Team Leader to run day-to-day prep and returns from the warehouse, leading a small team of full time and casual staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

Leading the prep/return process for hire and production gear, the right kit out, every time

n

Recruiting, supervising, and training junior and casual staff, keeping the floor safe, clean, and on schedule

n

Working with contemporary stock control software, full training provided if you haven't used it before

n

Genuinely flexible schedule a 9–5 window that offers real structure,



but overtime is also an option if you are keen to get on site occasionally.

n

WHAT YOU BRING

n

A background in entertainment or warehousing, you know this industry, or you know logistics inside out

n

Experience leading or mentoring a team

n

HR licence and forklift ticket a bonus, not a dealbreaker

n

An eye for detail, a genuine calm-under-pressure approach, and comfort working autonomously

n
