We're looking for a compassionate, organised, and experienced Claims Coordinator to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience throughout the insurance building and restoration process.

About the Role
n
As a Claims Coordinator, you'll be the key link between insured customers, insurers, estimators, project managers, trades, and internal admin teams, ensuring every claim progresses smoothly from first contact through to completion.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage insurance claims from job allocation through to completion within an insurance building & restorations business
n
Provide exceptional customer service and regular claim updates via phone, email and various insurer platforms
n
Coordinate insurers, tradespeople, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders
n
Schedule inspections, make-safe works, restoration activities, and repairs
n
Monitor claim progress and ensure service level agreements are achieved
n
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claim lifecycle
n
Deliver a positive and supportive experience during what can be a stressful time for customers
n

About You
n
n
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Experience in claims management, insurance, construction, restoration, or customer service preferred
n
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
