Total remuneration package up to AUD $140,000 (incl base, super and company car)

Up to 10% TFO Performance Bonus($$$)

Key Responsibilities
n
Reporting to the Motor Assessing Manager, the Motor Assessor's primary responsibility is to manage vehicle repairs, ensuring they are safe, cost-effective and completed in a timely manner, while adhering to all A & G policies and guidelines.
n

Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine cost effective and protected repairs using the correct repair method.
n




Provide excellent service to our customers both on the phone and in person.
n
Undertaking vehicle assessments in line with underwriting terms & conditions & claims protocols.
n
Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating correct scope & costs for vehicle repairs
n
Build and maintain professional relationships with the smash repair industry and other stakeholders
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Cert III in Panel Beating or Automotive Spray-Painting is essential
n
Computer/technology
competence (skills testing may be required)
n
Ability to thrive in rapid paced high pressure environments and ambition to grow alongside the business
n
Ability to prepare damage repair quotes and
estimations(training
provided)
n
You will be required to complete background checks and proof of full working rights in Australia to be able to work in Insurance
n
