About Your Role
n
Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator
n 0.9 FTE | Hybrid working | Hawthorn
n

No two days look quite the same.

One day you might be helping launch a major fundraising appeal, the next you'll
n be building donor communications, analysing campaign results, or working with
n colleagues to share powerful stories of impact.
n
You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that's building something
n exciting. As Scope continues to grow its fundraising program, you'll have the
n opportunity to learn, contribute ideas, and develop your skills across a broad
n range of fundraising and supporter engagement activities.

Your Key Focus
n
You'll play a key role in delivering fundraising campaigns that connect people
n to Scope's mission and inspire them to support our work.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email,
social media and digital platforms
n
Supporting our Tax Appeal, Christmas Appeal and regular giving programs
n
Creating engaging donor communications and supporter journeys
n
Managing campaign data and reporting through Salesforce CRM
n
Working with external agencies and suppliers to bring campaigns to life
n
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
n
Supporting community fundraising and supporter-led initiatives
n
n
About You
n
We're less concerned about having the "perfect" candidate and more interested in
n finding someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn.
n
You'll likely bring:
n
n
Experience in fundraising, marketing or campaign coordination
n
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Confidence working with data, finance systems and CRM platforms
n
Strong written communication skills
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
n
A genuine passion for making a positive impact
n
n
If you've worked in the not-for-profit sector or have Salesforce experience,
n that's a bonus, but not essential.
n
