Job Description
Racehorse Hotel in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor and lead a large hospitality crew across busy sports, dining, and gaming operations. You will ensure elite hospitality on every shift and support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements; you will thrive in a high-volume workplace with strong leadership and people skills.
