NET Automation is an Australian owned industrial business which is the distributor for Camozzi Automation, Italy's largest pneumatics manufacturer, which we supply to the Asia-Pacific region. To complement the Camozzi range, we stock other European products to supply complete solutions to customers.

We are seeking an Internal Salesperson with a technical aptitude to join our team at NET Automation.
n
Customer Interaction
n
Manage day-to-day interaction with customers, aiming to provide them with a positive experience by being proactive, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to deal with
n
Answering inbound calls and emails, making outbound calls and sending emails.
n
Promptly address customer questions and concerns about products or services, resolving customer complaints effectively and escalating issues when necessary.
n
Processing or generation of quotes, orders, returns and credit card payments.
n
Process sales records from inquiry to the Delivery stage.
n
Develop and maintain a deep product and customer base knowledge
n
Provide knowledgeable and accurate information to customers.
n




Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions with the ERP and other systems as required from time to time
n
Sales Contribution
n
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with customers / prospects and contribute to the improvement of the business
n
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
n
Identify and collaborate with the external sales team on sales leads and opportunities.
n
Build and maintaining customer relationships.
n
In collaboration with the external sales team follow up on open quotes.
n
Record Lost sales and provide report to management.
n
Identify opportunities to expand share of customer wallet and work with other departments to execute
n
General
n
Contribute to continuous improvement, safety and a positive organisational culture
n
Collaborate with other departments of the organisation in the best interests of NA and the customer directly or by supporting other team members in their role as required.
n
Following company policies and procedures.
n
Adhere to Housekeeping policies and procedures.
n
Staying up to date on product knowledge.
n
Support other roles directly during periods of high workload (help receive stock, help pack etc)
n
Uphold the values of Net Automation
n
Adhere to OHS policies and Procedures
n
Identify and communicate areas for improvement within the organization
n
Other tasks as may be required by management from time to time
