About The Role

n

This is a broad, hands-on position combining account management, customer service, administration and office support. You'll be the go‐to person for customers while also helping manage the day‐to‐day operations of the business.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to project completion
n
Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
n
Building solid relationships with clients and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
n
Supporting the owner with administration and day‐to‐day business operations
n
Coordinating schedules, documentation and project updates
n




Visiting customer sites when required to better understand project requirements
n
Developing relationships with builders, trades and referral partners
n
Jumping in wherever needed to help the business continue its strong growth
n

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

n

n
Previous experience in account management, office administration, customer service or business support
n
Exceptional organisational skills and solid attention to detail
n
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a quick‐paced setting
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Experience with Xero or similar systems will be highly regarded
n
Exposure to construction, building or trade industries is advantageous, but not essential
