About the Role
n
As the Financial Controller, you'll work closely with the Senior Finance team, taking ownership of the organisation's financial operations and driving improvements across a multi‐site, operationally complex workplace.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
n
Leading and developing the finance team
n
Working with operations and technology teams to improve systems and streamline processes
n
Supporting business case development and growth initiatives
n
Enhancing internal controls, financial systems, and reporting accuracy
n
Playing a strategic role in enabling scalable, tech‐enabled growth
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who brings both technical and leadership capability, ideally with:
n
n
5+ years in corporate accounting or financial management
n
Experience in multi‐site, logistics, manufacturing, or operationally complex environments
n




Background in a senior accounting or Assistant Financial Controller position
n
Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)
n
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (BAS, GST, payroll tax)
n
Proven process improvement and internal controls experience
n
Advanced financial systems experience, including implementations or integrations
n
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively across the business
n
