Here's what you'll be doing:
n
Inventory Management including:
n
n
Receiving, inspecting and recording incoming stock and materials.
n
Ensure that all approved and scheduled jobs have the appropriate stock allocated
n
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
n
Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and audits
n
Update inventory management systems and ensure data accuracy
n
Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access and safety compliance
n
Identify and report damaged or missing items
n
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts,



pallet jacks) where licensed
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
n
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational target
n
Processing / management of supplier invoices
n
Creation / management of purchase orders
n
Assist with compliance documentation
n
Supporting the Operations Manager with various day-to-day duties
n
Meetings with management team to update on progress and optimise service/efficiency
n

Required
Experience/Knowledge:
n
n
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control preferred
n
Background working in work type trade business (highly favourable)
n
Experience using Servicem8 or similar tradie job mgt. software (highly favourable)
n
High level communication (written/verbal), customer service, and interpersonal skills
n
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
n
Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task
n
Can follow directions while also taking initiative to make things better
n
Positive attitude and a strong team player that is polite, courteous, and friendly
n
Excellent organisation, problem solving, and time management skills
n
Ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate information
n
Commitment to the efficient operations of a trade service business
n
Willingness to take on more responsibility as the business grows
n
Confident in asking questions about how things are done + enjoy 'getting things done'
n
Can pivot and adapt when plans change
n
