Christmas Casual – Warehouse & Product Assembly Assistant

Meeraboo is a family-owned Australian home fragrance business, creating beautiful candles and home fragrance products from our production shed in regional NSW.
n
As we prepare for our busiest time of the year, we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Christmas Casual & Warehouse All-Rounder to join our small team.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team and taking pride in completing tasks carefully and efficiently.
n
About the role
n
You'll help across different areas of our production and warehouse operations, including:
n
n
Labelling and assembling products
n
Preparing gift sets and packaging
n
Picking and packing customer orders
n
Assisting with candle and home fragrance manufacturing
n
Unpacking and organising stock and packaging
n
Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workspace
n
Completing repetitive production tasks accurately and consistently with relevant KPI's
n
Assisting the team wherever needed during our busy Christmas season
n
n
Full training will be provided. This is a fast-paced and physical role that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting boxes and completing repetitive tasks.

About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:




n
n
Reliable, punctual and able to commit throughout the Christmas period
n
Careful and attentive to detail
n
Comfortable completing repetitive, process-based tasks
n
Able to work efficiently without compromising quality
n
Happy to take direction and work as part of a small team
n
Physically capable of being on their feet and safely lifting and moving boxes
n
Positive, practical and willing to help wherever needed
n
Experienced in manufacturing, warehousing, production or pick packing — although this is not essential
n
Casual seasonal position.
n
Approximately 2-4 days per week.
n
Available from mid August until approximately mid December.
n
Workdays and hours are flexible.
n
Based at our Meeraboo production shed in Cargo NSW.
n
Casual hourly rate in accordance with the relevant award.
n
Due to the training involved and the busy nature of the Christmas period, applicants must be available consistently throughout the required employment dates.
