Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently
Coordinate & Delegate work to your crew
What you'll bring:
Current WA Electrical Licence
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
