We're looking for a Business Analyst (5–7 years' experience) to join our growing consulting practice. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, industries and transformation programs, with genuine opportunities to grow your consulting career.

The Role
n
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in evolving delivery environments where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes are critical.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements
n
Performing gap analysis and producing high-quality business requirements documentation
n
Documenting customer journeys, user stories and business process maps
n
Supporting solution design and providing clarification to development and testing teams
n
Developing and leading UAT and Business Verification Testing (BVT), including defect triage and reporting
n
Support UX design activities through business analysis
n
Review solution architecture, detailed designs and build documentation
n
Coordinating stakeholders,



vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
n
Supporting release planning, business readiness, training materials and deployment activities
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
5–7 years' Business Analyst experience delivering technology or business transformation projects
n
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
n
Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments
n
A team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes
