The Right Person Will Have

Experience as a qualified butcher with solid breaking abilities and knife skills.
n
A passion for the trade and a willingness to coach and develop apprentices and less experienced team members.
n
An absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
n
A genuine passion for meat and the confidence to share product knowledge,



cooking advice and recommendations with customers.
n
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
n
A reliable and committed approach to their work.
n

Your Responsibilities

Processing traditional retail and speciality cuts and trimming meat to a high standard.
n
Preparing carcass stock and value-added products.
n
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service.
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n
Working collaboratively with your team to consistently deliver the quantity and quality products.
