About the Role
Be the welcoming voice of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, providing responsive, confidential service to patients, staff and visitors.
Respond to frontline, telephone and switchboard enquiries
Manage paging, emergency calls and prompt message delivery
Provide clear information and direction in line with procedures
Build positive relationships across CALHN and external services
Deliver high quality, customer focused administrative support
About You
You'll bring a calm, customer focused approach and confidence in a busy service environment.
Communicate clearly and build positive customer relationships
Manage difficult situations calmly and professionally
Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and solve problems
