About The Role

Clinical trials generate vast amounts of complex data that require expert interpretation. You'll deploy our AI systems to accelerate medical review, adverse event detection, and regulatory submissions - directly impacting drug development timelines.

What you'll do
n

Partner with clinical trial sponsors to understand workflows and requirements
n
Customize and deploy Engram systems for clinical research applications
n
Build domain-specific reasoning capabilities for medical data
n
Develop evaluation frameworks for clinical AI performance
n
Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and performance metrics
n
n
Requirements
n
n
PhD or MS in ML, computational biology, or related field
n




3+ years experience deploying ML systems in healthcare/life sciences
n
Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
n
Solid Python skills and experience with ML frameworks
n
Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
n
n
Nice to have
n
n
Experience with NLP for medical literature or clinical text
n
Familiarity with CDISC standards and regulatory submissions
n
Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
n
