TD Wright Plumbing &Maintenance; Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated & experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber for works within Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan areas.

TD Wright Plumbing & Maintenance undertakes a variety of Commercial Plumbing Maintenance services to large & small office buildings, aged care facilities, industrial, retail & healthcare sites.
n
The position includes on-call and additional available over time work at above industry award rates.
n
Applicants must hold current Plumbing Registration or Licence and be experienced in commercial plumbing maintenance.
n
Knowledge of Thermostatic Mixing Valves/Tempering valves, Ratio & Backflow servicing are preferred however if you have the right attitude we can happily provide training.
n
Levels of experience with the following tasks are ideal but not essential;
n
n
CCTV Drainage Inspection Including Location Devices.
n
Clearing Drain Blockages (including use of mechanical means)
n
Roofing Fault Finding & Rectification.
n
n
The applicant must be able to work unsupervised, be well presented, have positive client communication skills, fault finding and solution
capabilities.Senior
& experience preferred. Vehicle, Mobile Phone, Uniform and PPE provided.
n
Willingness to undertake Police Check.
n
Above award wages provided as per Modern Plumbing Award **** (38 hour working week). RDO's & other options available.
n
Job Type: Full-time (Both reactive & static positions available)

Salary: $90,****** upto $150,****** /year
