Job Description
Queensland Rail is seeking a Team Leader to join the Regional Assets, Track team at the Cairns depot. You will lead day-to-day operations of a Trackworkers team, ensure secure and effective work in all weather, and coordinate with maintenance supervisors.

This is a field-based role requiring hands-on leadership. Key perks include a starting base salary of $93,300 plus 12.75% super, a 9-day fortnight, travel allowance, accommodation where applicable, and provided tools and uniform.
