Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room settings.

Understand event layouts and venue acoustics to optimize placement.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly (e.g., feedback, connection drops).

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
