The role:
n
You'll play a key role in maintaining production equipment to maximise uptime and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery
n
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
n
Equipment installation, upgrades and continuous improvement projects
n
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
n
Maintaining accurate maintenance records
n
Following GMP standards and site safety procedures at all times
n
n
About you:
n
n
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter/Fitter & Turner or equivalent
n
Previous experience in FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or other high-volume manufacturing environments
n
Solid understanding and practical experience working within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments
n
Experience maintaining conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, packaging equipment and automated production lines
n
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
A proactive attitude with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
n
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
