You will be joining a team of 25+ Occupational Therapists who each have their own specialist area. The company has a focus on this - by matching therapists to clients they produce excellent clinical outcomes and most importantly, happy participants!

For their team members, the company creates both a supportive and flexible work environment. Therapists are able to manage their own work schedule with flexibility in hours and days. There are regular external speakers and in-house training with the Specialist Occupational Therapists on the team.

Roles are available in Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Hills Districts. Your caseload is contained to a geographical area within a 30-minute radius from your home.
n
Permanent full time, part time options with contracting opportunities if preferred.

On offer:

Well above award pay rates - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 + super (depending on experience) for permanent employment
n




Contractors can expect to earn around $100 per hour
n
Learn from the best - therapists on the team deliver training across the country and can help develop your skills in your interest area
n
The team meets throughout the calendar year for social events
n
Weekly or fortnightly supervision depending on your needs and experience
n
Structured 2-week induction program including shadowing sessions
n
Monthly team meetings
n
Every 2 months you will receive training from Australia's largest equipment providers
n
Manage your diary
n
Concentrate on therapy with a fantastic admin team
n
Annual PD allowance provided
n
Develop new skills and work collaboratively and closely with a team of significantly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapists
n

What you will be doing:
n
n
Conducting OT functional assessments (including SIL and SDA)
n
Implementing Daily living skills training
n
Assistive Technology prescription including simple and complex
n
Minor and major home modifications
n
Liaising with external stakeholders
n
Hybrid working environment
n
n
What you will need:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Full AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Previous NDIS experience
n
Drivers license and own vehicle
n
n
n
Structured 2-week induction program including shadowing sessions
n

n
Annual PD allowance provided
