Working closely with operational and technology leaders, you will play a key role in helping employees confidently embrace new technology and AI-enabled ways of working.

You will:

Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
n
Facilitate workshops, lunch-and-learns and onboarding programs.
n
Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered tools.
n
Develop training guides, learning resources and user documentation.
n
Provide one-on-one coaching and technology support.
n
Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Champion best practice technology adoption across the organisation.
n

You'll bring:

Experience delivering technology training programs.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Exposure to AI, digital transformation or workplace technology solutions.
