Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
n
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
n
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
n
Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
n
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
n
Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
n
Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
n
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
n

Skills and Experience:
n

At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
n
Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
n
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
n
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
n
