We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our busy manufacturing operation and drive performance across our Joinery, CNC, Spray Booth, Metal Fabrication, Acrylic Fabrication, Assembly and Dispatch teams.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on time.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and productivity.
n
n
Leading and motivating multiple production teams
n
Coordinating workflow, scheduling and factory capacity
n
Planning labour and allocating resources across projects
n
Working closely with Project Managers, Design and Procurement teams
n
Driving continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiencies
n
Maintaining quality standards and reducing rework
n
Championing workplace health and safety
n
Supporting and developing Leading Hands,



Tradespeople and Apprentices
n
Monitoring production performance and meeting delivery deadlines
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is an experienced leader, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys improving systems and developing people.
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager
n
A strong background in custom joinery, shopfitting or manufacturing
n
Proven experience leading production teams
n
Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills
n
The ability to read technical drawings
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
A proactive, hands-on leadership style
n
A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
n
