Job Description:
n We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers, and Machine Operators, to work at our blue-chip client sites, specialising in the dairy and food industry, located in Botany, Sydney.
n
As a Production Worker you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the productive and high-quality production of dairy products.
n
Key Responsibilities

Food Production: Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality food products.
n
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet company standards and food safety regulations.
n
Packaging: Efficiently pack and label products for distribution.
n
Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a clean and secure work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.
n
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
n
n
Skill & Experience
n
n
Experience: Prior experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
n
Technical Skills:
Proficient in operating and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
n
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in work.
n
Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads with ease. Heavy lifting up to 25 Kgs.
n
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Food Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
n
Chiller environment: Must be comfortable working in a chiller environment between 5°C and 8°C.
