A well-known Financial Services brand are looking to recruit a talented Lead for Unit Pricing/Custody. This company boast a versatile working environment, supportive management and a outstanding culture.

Overseeing a team, your role will include (however not be limited to);

n

n
Oversight and accountability for both local and overseas team deliverables
n
Prepare and present training on unit pricing
n
Calculate and review unit prices for portfolios and trust
n
Review of unit prices for managed investment funds, private equity funds and listed investment companies including corporate actions
n
Development and training of staff, including performance management
n
Training and guidance across Governance & Risk
n
Detailed review of distributable income calculations for managed investment funds and liaising with external tax parties
n
Research and analyse legislative requirements, updating policies and procedures as required




n
Effectively limit risk exposure
n
Project work such as system implementations / upgrades
n
Review of general and special purpose accounts
n
Play an active role in the on boarding of new clients
n
Implementation of client change requests
n

You will be an accomplished finance skilled, with a number of years experience within a fund accounting environment, preferably with an administrator, custodian or fund manager.

n

It is essential that you have worked in a role taking full responsibility for staff management including performance management, recruitment, induction, setting KPIs, assigning tasks.

n

You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be looking for a role based in Parramatta.
