Job Description
Premier Supported Living is seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Brunswick, VIC. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our elderly and disabled clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a casual position with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
n
Assisting with client transfers ( Manual Handling)
n
Providing companionship and social engagement to clients through activities and outings
n
Advocating for clients' needs and ensuring their rights are respected
n
Documenting client progress and communications in a timely manner
n
Collaborating with the broader care team to implement individualised support plans
n
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols
n
What we're looking for
n
Relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar community services role
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
n
Patience, empathy,



and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others
n
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
n
A valid driver's licence is preferred
