Job Description

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager in Cleo will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, leading service periods and supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during shifts
n
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
n
Supervise, train and motivate front-of-house team members
n
Maintain service, presentation and brand standards at all times
n
Ensure compliance with OH&S;, food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements
n
Support stock control, cash handling and daily reporting
n




Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams
n
Support with hotel conference and events as required
n

Qualifications
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Duty Manager role
n
Strong leadership skills with a hands‐on approach to service
n
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Victorian RSA & Food Safety Certificate
n
