We are currentlyseeking an experiencedSite Supervisor / Foremanto join uson a contractbasis, overseeing thedelivery of aluxury residential
projectinStrathfield,
NSWfrom commencement throughto completion.

The Opportunity

This is
anexcellentopportunity
for ahighly capable SiteSupervisor or Foremanwith a strongbackground in customresidential construction. Working onsitefull time, youwill be responsiblefor the day to day managementof the project, ensuring it isdelivered safely, onschedule, and tothe highest standardof workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the dailysite operations ofa high-endresidential
constructionproject.
n
Coordinate and superviseall trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
n
Manage theconstruction programmeto ensure projectmilestones and deadlinesare achieved.
n
Conduct quality
inspectionsthroughout
each stageof the build, maintaining
exceptionalstandards
of workmanshipand finishes.
n




Ensurecompliance with allworkplace health andsafety requirements andmaintain a safe, organised site.
n
Maintain accurate siterecords, including
sitediaries,inspections,
and
projectdocumentation.
n
Coordinate material procurementand deliveries tominimise delaysandmaintain workflow.
n
Liaise professionally withclients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear
communicationthroughout
the
constructionprocess.

About You
n
To be successfulin thisrole, you will possess:
n
n
A minimum offive yearsexperiencein residential sitesupervision or sitemanagement.
n
Demonstrated
experiencedelivering
high-end, custom, or luxuryresidential homes.
n
Astrong understandingof residential
constructionpractices,
sequencing,and quality control.
n
Excellent leadership andorganisational skills,with the abilityto effectively managetrades and subcontractors.
n
A meticulous eyefor detail andcommitment to
deliveringexceptional
quality.
n
Robust communication andstakeholder managementskills.
n
A current WhiteCard and anyrelevant licences orcertifications.
