About the role

In this dual role, we are looking for a full-time person, you will support bothcustomer serviceand be awarehouse assistant, helping ensure our customers receive the best service, and our products are handled with care.
n
Customer Service Responsibilities
n
n
Visit and assist in-person to our customers
n
Setting up our flooring display for our Sydney customers
n
Work with our dedicated Administration Team in our Office
n
We require somebody who is confidant who can work alone and as a team
n




Following the lead of the senior sales team and management
n
n
Warehouse Responsibilities
n
n
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
n
Receive and check incoming goods
n
Maintain stock organisation and cleanliness
n
Assist with stock takes and inventory control
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience in customer service, and warehousing
n
Helpful attitude
n
A willingness to learn about flooring and underlay and related products
n
Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
n
