The Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a major apartment project, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing all day-to-day site operations
n
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants




n
Driving programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
n
Managing site safety and OH&S; compliance
n
Conducting subcontractor meetings and toolbox talks
n
Working closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve site issues
n
Overseeing defect management through to project completion
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience as aSite Managerdelivering apartment or multi-residential projects
n
Experience on projects valued$20M+, ideally up to $50M
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and QA processes
n
Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations and OH&S; requirements
n
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
n
