We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Clerk to join our team in Wingfield on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing productive administrative support.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing supplier invoices
n
Creating and issuing customer invoices
n
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
n
General administrative and office support
n
Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries
n
Filing and document management
n
Assisting with Work Health and Safety (WHS) administration (desirable)
n
Other general office duties as required
n

About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in an administration or office role
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
Experience with accounting software (desirable)
n
Excellent communication and time management skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Knowledge or experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS) will be highly regarded but is not essential
