Remuneration: $133,603- $143,125perannum

In this roleyou will enhance community safety by delivery of
expertservicessupporting
QCS management of high harm/complex needsoffenders.
n
The
PrincipalPractitioner
will conduct and lead a wide range of
forensicassessments,reports
and interventions, case formulation, evidence
basedintervention,advice
on operational case management and the provision of expertadvicefor offendersdeemedas high harm/complex needs. The
PrincipalPractitionerwill
support,mentorand supervise
seniorpractitioners
in their skilled andoperational development within SCSandQCS as a whole. The role engages with a
n
range of keystakeholders, including the Parole Board Queensland,
QCSExecutiveManagement,
Correctional Centres, Probation and Parole
DistrictOffices,Queensland
Health and external allied health professionals. Therole also includesthe provision of peer coaching, mentoring, andprofessional development andtraining throughout the Agency.
