They are currently offering an exciting chance for an accomplished and energetic Site Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day on-site delivery of diverse Industrial New Builds valued up to and exceeding $20M, driving construction programs, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring top-tier safety and quality outcomes while further elevating your career.

Role Overview

The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
n
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
n
Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
n
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
n
Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
n
n
Experience/Qualifications
Required
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate required
n
QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
n
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
n
Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $20M+
n
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
n




A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
n
Strong tenure is a must
n
