Are you an experienced Centre Manager ready to lead a brand new service from the ground up?
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and motivated Centre Manager to lead our newest service in Lara Lakes. This is a rare opportunity to establish a centre from opening, build your own team, create a positive culture, and make a lasting impact within a growing local community.

About the Role
As Centre Manager,



you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of the Lara Lakes service.
You will be responsible for building a high performing team, driving occupancy, ensuring compliance, supporting quality outcomes, and creating a welcoming environment for children, families and educators.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the opening and daily operations of the centre
Recruit, onboard and develop a high performing team
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Regulations
Foster a positive and engaged team culture
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
Lead quality improvement initiatives
Manage centre performance and operational outcomes
Ensure a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment
About You
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous Centre Manager experience or a strong Assistant Centre Manager ready for the next step
Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and compliance requirements
Proven leadership and team development experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Passion for delivering high quality education and care
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Valid Working With Children Check
