Must Have Skills:

Robust experiencewith SRE and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis

Understanding ofIAM, security protocols, and authentication flows

Understanding ofJava (debugging, minor enhancements)

Experience withKubernetes and containerized environments
n
Hands-onexperience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
n
Familiarity withCodefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Roles and responsibilities:
n
n




Provide Level 2 support for IAMplatforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
n
Monitor, triage, and resolve productionissues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
n
Investigate issues using monitoringtools like Splunk and New Relic
n
Support Kubernetes-based deploymentsand containerized IAM workloads
n
Assist with CI/CD pipelines usingCodefresh and GitHub Actions
n
Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) fortraffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
n
Perform Java-based debugging and minorcode enhancements
n
Participate in incident management,RCA, and problem management
n
Collaborate with security and
infrastructureteams
to ensure compliance with security best practices
n
Support release deployments andenvironment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
n
