Belgravia Arts is a newly established private enterprise that currently owns and runs a collection of dance and training academies in Victoria. We are looking for an amazing Studio Manager in a permanent part-time capacity to run our thriving Torquay studio - Torquay Dance Academy. This role exists to manage the operational requirements of the school to ensure a safe, vibrant and high-quality setting for our students, teachers and parents. This role will involve some evening work and the occasional weekend.

Dance experience and knowledge is very important, but not necessary. This is a permanent part-time leadership role and requires experience working with children and managing a business.

Key Responsibilities

Operational
n

Overall management & accountability of running of the venue, staff & students
n




Manage and oversee all OHS requirements, policies & procedures
n
Management of all external vendors
n
Management of communication between parents, students & teachers
n
Management of staff, HR requirements & performance
n
Management of invoicing & tuition collection
n
Uniform management- sales, re-ordering and stock management
n
n
Event Management & Marketing
n
n
Overall management of event planning - concerts, school events, performances, competitions, holiday programs in conjunction with program leads
n
Overall management of marketing calendar/plan and budget
n
