We're looking for a Phone Sales Officers to join our Port Macquarie branch.
n
In this customer-focused role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound phone enquiries, supporting customers and account managers with product advice, order processing, and exceptional service.
n
You'll also work closely with the wider branch team and assist with general warehouse duties when required.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide outstanding customer service and support branch phone-based sales
n
Respond to inbound calls from customers and account managers
n
Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately
n
Assist with stock management, including shelving and stock counts
n
Support general branch and warehouse operations as needed
n
n

Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
n
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
n
High attention to detail and organisation skills
n
Previous experience in parts interpreting or exposure to automotive, mechanical,



or electrical products (highly regarded)

Willingness to support across all areas of the branch
