Placd. is partnering exclusively with a leading residential developer to appoint an experienced Land Sales Consultant for one of Melbourne's most exciting land communities in the Northern Growth Corridor.

About the Role
n
Working from the display suite, you'll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract, building lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing buyer enquiries from first contact through to contract exchange
n
Conducting appointments and presenting the community with confidence
n
Building strong relationships with purchasers and referral networks
n
Maintaining consistent follow-up and sales momentum
n
Managing your CRM, reporting and sales pipeline accurately
n
n
About You

We're looking for someone who understands residential land sales and enjoys working directly with buyers.

You'll bring:

Proven success selling residential land communities

Experience within Melbourne's Northern Growth Corridor

A strong track record of achieving sales targets
