Job Description

For Purpose Aged Care in South Bunbury is launching a state-of-the-art 180-bed aged care residence. We are seeking qualified Resident Care Wellbeing Assistants to help design and deliver meaningful lifestyle programs from day one.

As part of the commissioning phase, you'll shape activities, support residents' independence, and build connections with families and the wellbeing team. Certificates and First Aid are essential for this role, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.
