About the Business

Dale Air is a well-established Melbourne-based heating and air-conditioning company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality residential comfort solutions across the metropolitan area.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Qualified Gas Plumbers and/or Refrigeration Mechanics to join our team in Braeside. We are open to both full-time employees who take pride in their workmanship and customer service.

n

We install leading brands and provide heating and cooling solutions across ducted systems, split systems, multi-split systems, and gas heating in homes throughout Melbourne.

n

The Roles

n

Successful applicants will be involved in:

n
Installation of residential heating and cooling systems
n
Plumbing and/or refrigeration works associated with ducted and wall split systems
n
Ensuring all works comply with VBA, manufacturer, and OH&S; standards
n
Diagnosing and problem-solving on site where required
n
Working independently and as part of a professional installation team
n





Skills & Experience Required

n
Relevant trade qualifications and registration (Licensed or Registered Plumber and/or ARC Licence – Refrigeration Mechanic)
n
Experience in residential heating and cooling installations
n
Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and skilled
n
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
n
