With continued growth across their operations, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee their operation. The Role
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse fulfilment area, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
n
Lead and support a team of warehouse staff across picking, packing, and dispatch activities
n
Maintain solid inventory control, including stock organisation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
n
Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure stock is received, checked, and stored efficiently
n
Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
n
Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance with WHS requirements
n




Work closely with management and internal teams to resolve any fulfilment or inventory issues
n
Assist with planning and resourcing during peak operational periods
n
Your Background
n
Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor role within a similar industry
n
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
n
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
n
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff
n
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
n
