Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join the team.
n You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments across NSW

The role will involve:

Conducting inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications

Working both in the office and on-site
n
Managing your own workload with support from a collaborative team
n
Developing practical and compliant solutions across a variety of projects
n

THE ROLE

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Currently registered as a Building Surveyor in NSW (or working towards)
n
2+ years experience in building surveying or construction
n
Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (NCC) and relevant legislation
n
Ability to learn new systems and processes
n
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
n
A positive attitude with a team-focused approach
n
TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management
n
A valid driver's licence
n
