Job Description

Community Kids Thornton is seeking an energetic Centre Manager to lead a 91-place childcare centre. You'll oversee daily operations, budgeting, staff performance, and parent communication while upholding high standards of care and education.

With an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and at least 3 years of leadership experience, you'll coach educators, design engaging programs, ensure safety, and foster an inclusive, cooperative team.
