We're seeking warm, grounded and passionate Wellness Assistants to join our SAINT HAVEN Collingwood team. This is a casual chance for someone who genuinely cares about wellbeing and creating exceptional member experiences.

The Role

As a Wellness Assistant, you will:

Welcome members and deliver warm, personalised service.
n
Guide members safely through advanced wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
n
Educate members on our treatments, services and retail products.
n
Support members throughout their wellness and recovery journey.
n
Maintain a calm, pristine and beautifully presented workplace.
n
Follow all health,



safety and operational procedures.
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless six‐star experience.

What You Bring

n
Experience in wellness, spa, fitness, healthcare or luxury hospitality.
n
A natural warmth and genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
n
Confident communication and exceptional attention to detail.
n
A professional, member‐focused approach.
n
Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
