Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 (plus annual bonus and RSU grants)

What you'll do
n
n
Develop front-end features for KAYAK's car search platform with guidance from senior engineers.
n
Write clean and maintainable code using React and TypeScript, adhering to team quality standards.
n
Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build user-facing experiences for web and mobile.
n
Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving feedback.
n
Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
n
Utilize AI coding tools to enhance development speed and code quality.
n
Engage in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
n

Requirements
n
n
A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or a strong portfolio.
n
Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
n
Experience with React or a similar modern UI framework.
n




Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative coding.
n
Ability to use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
n
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork and feedback.
n
Capacity to work in a hybrid model, attending the Cambridge or Concord office at least 3 days per week.
