support workersto provide care and assistance toa 40-year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helphimlive independently at home with his family.

Duties include but not limited too
n

Personal care
n
Medication administration
n
Assistance with Allied health tasks
n
Continence management
n
Domestic assistance
n
Documentation and reporting
n
n
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
n
n
5.45am to 1pm daily -this shift is attended with 2 workers
n
*****pm to 9pm daily
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Applicants must have good english
communicationskills,




be clear and easily understood
n
Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
n
Current references
n
Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
n
First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
n
Working With Children Check - Paid (mandatory)
n
Certificate III (Ageing orDisability) or equivalent (mandatory)
n
