About The Role
n
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this major residential development by managing the day-to-day supervision of trades and subcontractors across your allocated work fronts.
n
You will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining programme and productivity targets.
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous experience as a General Foreman or Foreman on large-scale commercial or high-rise residential projects
n
Experience working on projects valued at $100m+ is highly regarded
n
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily construction activities
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme and quality expectations
n
Conduct daily pre-starts and maintain a strong safety culture across site
n
Monitor productivity and proactively resolve site issues
n
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to achieve key project milestones
n
Robust understanding of structural, façade and finishes packages
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Trade qualification within the construction industry preferred
n
