We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Crew Leader to lead our on-farm poultry operations across Southeast Queensland. If you've got a strong work ethic, a current MR or HR licence, and the ability to lead from the front — this is your opportunity to earn over $109K+ in a stable, full-time role with real impact.

About the Role
n
As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of poultry workers at farm sites. You'll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards. This is a hands‐on role — you'll be working alongside your crew,
setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading and motivating your crew on-site
n
Operating and transporting forklifts between farms
n
Liaising with farmers and internal teams
n
Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance
n
Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met
n
Driving MR vehicles to and from sites
n

What You'll Need
n
n
MR driver's licence (required)
n
Forklift licence (required)
n
Proven experience leading a team in a hands‐on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
n
Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols
n
(Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)
n
