Earn $140,000–$200,000 OTE with qualified warm leads supplied and uncapped commission.

JPC Electrical & Solar is a locally owned Adelaide solar and battery company with experienced in-house installation teams. We are expanding our direct sales division and need an experienced Solar Sales Consultant with a proven ability to follow up leads and close deals.

This is not an entry-level sales position. Applicants must have previous solar sales experience and be able to demonstrate solid closing results.

Contact and qualify supplied leads quickly
n




Attend customer appointments across AdelaideDesign and recommend suitable solar and battery systems
n
Prepare and confidently present quotations
n
Follow up every opportunity and close sales
n
Maintain accurate records and opportunities in our CRM
n
Provide honest advice and an excellent customer experience
n

Essential requirements

n

n
Previous solar and battery sales experience
n
Proven ability to convert supplied leads into sales
n
Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems
n
Confident objection handling, negotiation and closing skills
n
A robust record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n
Excellent communication and customer follow-up
n
Self-motivated, organised and accountable
n
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
