Indrotech Pty Ltd is an Australian engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture and servicing of industrial centrifugal fans, commercial and automotive driveshafts, and precision balancing services.

We are looking for a motivated Welder / Fabricator (or recently qualified Boilermaker) to join our friendly and qualified manufacturing team in Melbourne.

n

Whether you're a recent graduate looking to start your career or someone with workshop experience wanting to develop specialised fabrication skills, we'd like to hear from you. Full in-house training will be provided in our manufacturing processes and products.

About the Role

n

Your primary responsibility will be the fabrication and manufacture of industrial centrifugal fans and associated components. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a clean, organised workshop where quality, safety and teamwork are highly valued.

n

We're Looking For Someone Who:

n

n
Has a recent Welding or Boilermaking qualification (or relevant fabrication experience).
n
Enjoys hands-on engineering and fabrication work.
n
Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
n




Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
n
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
n
Has positive communication skills.
n
Is reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
n
Has good attention to detail and can follow documented manufacturing procedures.
n
Has basic computer skills.
n
Holds unrestricted Australian working rights and resides in Melbourne.
n

Desirable (but not essential)

n

n
Previous experience in an engineering or fabrication workshop.
n
MIG/TIG welding experience.
n
Experience working with mild steel and stainless steel.
n
Ability to read engineering drawings.
n
